The information we provide on our site is taken from external sources and 1v Web Design will hold no responsibility for the inaccuracy of any content. We source information which we feel will be helpful to you the users of our site, however if any information we provide is not correct and such information has been brought to our attention we will correct said content.
1v Web Design also has a directory for every service possible worldwide. The directory will provide links and information to and about other services. The content within this site is provided by the other companies listed on our server and 1v Web Design do not assume any legal liability, nor are we responsible for the accuracy or any such information provided to us from those companies.
1v Web Design will not allow any content that is deemed to contain any pornographic, adult material, bad language, unsavoury content, harmful in anyway to minors, or offensive to any race, colour, gender, or persons of any kind.
Information on listings must not breach copyright laws. All information listed must be your own, or you are the copyright owner, or you have written permission from the copyright owner to use the content in your listing. 1v Web Design is not liable for any breech of copyright. Its up to each company listed to check its content.
1v Web Design holds no responsibility to the content of other external links. However if it is brought to our attention or any unsavoury content within an external link, we hold the right to terminate that link without notice.
We do not tolerate any third party pop up advertising. External sites that cause third party pop up adverts will be given 48 hours notice to stop such pop ups. After this time if the pop up third party advertising still continues your listing will be removed without further notice.
Listings on the directory will be contracted to remain on our site indefinitely unless you tell us in writing to be removed.
There are 2 ways to be listed.
An external link exchange
20 one off lifetime payment (per 1 listing) we only accept PayPal
If you agree to a link exchange you agree to place a link from your website to our website. You may only have 1 listing on our directory for free on a link exchange. If you wish to be listed in more areas you will need to pay 20 per listing
If you request a listing on a 20 one off lifetime payment you are not bound to place us on your website.
You will be invoiced as soon as your listing is uploaded to the directory. Your listing will then remain on our website for the life of our website, however if you decide you wish to terminate your listing, you will have to give 1v Web Design written notice of 14 days, either by post or e-mail. Non payers will be given the chance to pay within 1 month of being invoiced, but the listing will be taken off the directory if payment has not been received, and legal proceedings may be applied to recover the outstanding invoice, which may incur further costs to said company.
If you require extra listings in other categories at any time you will be re-invoice for another 20 payment per category.
If you have an external link to your website, the website must be complete and active. No holding pages.
We will, to the best of our ability, endeavour to provide continuing service of our server, but in any event we shall not be liable for any service interruptions or down time. If service is interrupted we will work hard to get the service up as soon as possible.
We can not guarantee that our server will be hack proof or that unauthorised users will not enter the server. But we will try our up most to prevent this, but we are not liable for any such abuse.

Your information will be held on our database, and will not be forwarded to any other party, unless your information on your listing infringes, copyright, any trade mark, encourages any criminal offence, other intellectual property rights or the rights of any person, or company under any laws of any jurisdiction. Then we will have all right to pass your details onto authorised law personnel. All information supplied to us from companies listed with us is protected according to the data protection act 1998. 1venue.co.uk is now registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.
All companies are liable to there own content in their listings, and the services they provide. 1v Web Design is not liable in any way for the services these companies claim to provide. If a consumer receives a poor service from any companies listed on our server, that consumer must take their complaint up with that said company, not 1v Web Design.
When you register your interest to be listed on the 1v Web Design website you agree to allow us to send you a monthly newsletter via e-mail, unless you state in writing via email to be removed from receiving monthly newsletters.
These terms and conditions are legal and binding contracts. Once you sign to these you agree to abide by them.
Terms and Conditions for 1v Web Design business wanting website design and website development.
All website design and website/webpage development must be agreed between us and you the owner before we undertake any work.
You must purchase your own domain name yourself and hosting package with an external company before we undertake any website designing or development and you must provide full FTP access before we start any work, however if you do not want an external domain and hosting package we can provide you a space for your website.
If you wish for us to place you on a space within our site you agree to receive a URL address beginning with http://www.my-own-website.org.uk/ (then your company name).
A deposit of 50% must be paid on an agreement of work being undertaken before we start any work. The final amount will then need to be paid once the work is completed and agreed by both parties before uploading.
We only accept PayPal
No work we undertake of website designing or website/webpage development, will be guaranteed by us to give you top placing in search engines.
You must supply the content of your text and any pictures, which can be sent to us once you have agreed which template you require.
If you want a visit you will have to pay 50-100 consultation fee which will not be refundable, whether you agree to work being taken out or not, depending on your location and only offered to UK residents only excluding Northern Ireland. The consultation fee is an extra charge on top of the design and development work. Please email us first for availability.
You may not copy any of our templates without our consent.
If you do not want a template we will work with you to provide a unique website of your choice, providing we can build it, however we will not provide any full flash websites, as such sites are not search engine friendly. We can provide pieces of flash such as movies within a site.
Once you have agreed to finished work and we have uploaded your site, any future amendments will be charged.
We are not liable in any way to any website once that website has been finalized by us. Once any websites or web pages leave us, any abuse whatsoever in any form of any sites is your reasonability.
Once work has been agreed we will build or develop the work to the agreement, however if you change your mind after the work has been agreed to and on us starting work, you will be charged extra for the work that has been started. Please be sure of what you want before agreeing to the start of any design or development. Keep changing your mind will cost you money.
